QSE Engineer Taiwan

Responsibilities

•    Review Service quality plan annually
•    Implement SQP at site and ensure Quality of works as per standard & procedure.
•    Report Non conformities and implement Corrective & Preventive actions
•    Maintain Calibration of tools and accessories. Conduct re-certification of equipment and tools
•    Monitor Site document as per ISO requirements
•    Facilitates and conduct site inductions of site personnel, including direct Vestas employees, contractors, subcontractors, labor hire personnel and trades
•    Facilitate site QSE monitoring programs including inspections and implementing proactive safety programs
•    Manage Subcontractor safety and associated documentation.
•    Coordination with Client, Quality department and site for site quality related issues and resolutions.
•    Participate Client HSE meeting regularly and provide feed back 
•    Conduct mechanical walk down/Service walk down and assist technicians when needed.
•    Creation and review of local HSE documents (Risk assessments, HSE plans, emergency response plan)
•    Set up of training requirements according to local legislation
•    Administrative tasks (20%)

 

Qualification

  • The right candidate must hold a valid Taiwanese Level B safety certificate

•       The candidate must be fluent in Mandarin & English writing and reading.
•    Minimum 4 years of experience in a QSE role
•    Guidance of other departments in coordination of activities with subcontractor, handling of wastes and chemical, emergency response, implementation of procedures and standards,
