As a Service Upgrade Project Manager you would be responsible for completing multiple upgrade projects. You will be directly reporting to the Program Manager and interfacing with site level project leads and technicians daily. This position will require work from home as well as 50% travel to the project sites to ensure execution and start-up of projects are effective.



✓ Responsible for safety and to profitably plan and complete assigned turbine repair projects. Embrace corporate safety standards and ensure team members are properly trained and comply with organizational standards

✓ Demonstrated ability to build and direct a ever-growing team / operation with wind industry repair experience desired, for instance on work including replacement of or up-tower repair of gearboxes, generators, transformers, main shaft, etc.

✓ Effective change and conflict management; proven decision-making ability with balanced risk taking; Experience with data analysis to guide business decisions with proven experience succeeding in cross-functional environment

✓ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or combination of academic and 3 - 5 years of experience as project manager, project lead, or other management experience, e.g. in a related service, industrial or manufacturing setting
