Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher you will be a direct support to Site/Area Supervisor in setting up the service plan. This role is responsible for ensuring an optimal level of execution of all service plans and progress reporting to Customer Service Management and the Service Manager:

• Be responsible for site performance monitoring
• Level the capacity across areas based on master plan
• Maintenance plans are kept updated for all turbines covered by service contracts
• Managing the service van fleet.
• Weekly calls with all area schedulers (sites, technical support, predictive maintenance, technology)
• Pre-bundling of all service orders
• Master data management
• Control and monitoring of utilization factors and optimization
• Manage implementation of main component upgrades

Qualifications

• Ability to monitor performance and capacity
• Methodical and business oriented
• Ability to optimize and support improvement in the planning of service activities on an overall level
• Medium level English language
• Demonstrated leadership capability is essential

Competencies

• Knowledge of andteaching experience with troubleshooting techniques, including use of schematic drawings and interpretations.
• Recommended to have experience in inventory control procedures, analytical skills, and trend analysis. Customer service skills are necessary
• Capable of instructing and supporting problem solving situations
• Computer literate
