Vestas Factory

Operation Support Area is the area in charge of controlling and monitoring the Services, it must provide support in the initial definition of spare parts, tools and resources for the execution by the Operational area. You must ensure that the entire System (SAP and Salesforce) are aligned with the operation, establish KPI's and operational controls.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform annual capacity plan budget on Sub-region including quarterly follow up
  • Responsible for balancing capacity between dispatchers within the Sub-region. Close cooperation and dialog with Dispatcher and Capacity Planner 
  • Sub-region anchor point for:
  • streamlined resource management 
  • global Planning & Scheduling project implementation 
  • Material and resource analytics and performance driver
  • regular performance reporting to management

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience in the wind industry
  • Civil Industrial Engineering, logistics, or a related career.
  • Leadership Skills
  • SAP intermediate-advanced level. (PM, MM, SD)
  • Salesforce intermediate-advanced level.
  • Advanced level Microsoft tools. (Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint)
  • Intermediate-Advanced English

 

 

Competencies:

 

  • Good experience in a technical service environment with focus on Planning & Scheduling
  • Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools
  • Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant
  • Good communication skills in English (and local language)
  • Experience in managing development/improvement projects (process & systems)

 

Location: Buenos Aires or Bahia Blanca
