Professional | Full-Time | Project Portfolio Management

- Control of projects contribution margin, responsible for mapping main risks and opportunities together with PM, as well as justifying cost and revenue variations.

- Create visibility on performance an financial impacts of our projects and portfolio

- Ensure that project data for decision making reflects projects reality

- Identify potential areas of improvement

- Build a strong relationship with the different stakeholders (PM, PE, Planning, CM, Bid, Finance)

 

Responsibilities

- Responsible to track Projects' KPIs: Revenue, CMI, R&O

- Analyze deviations and changes of the month

- Prepare presentations for performance review

- Ensure data quality of the projects

- Create and maintain performance dashboards

- Give feedback to bid for future projects quotations

- Provide visibility of cost impacts and guide operational team to improve profitability

- Support PMs on cost estimation

- Review precalcs (offers in sales fase)

- Support assessment of R&O

- Manage project follow up

- Validate and implement VOs

- Maintain project information on SAP updated

- Perform root causes analysis

- Support on action definition to address root causes

- Lead lessons learned process to provide recommendation for future improvement

- Support PM to understand consequences and opportunities of the contractual clauses

 

Qualifications

- Financial background

- Analytical thinking

- Experience in construction is a plus

- Cost control experience (min 2 years)

 

Competencies

- Presentation skills and communications skills

- High level on Excel

- English

- Stakeholders' management skills

- Proactive

- Portuguese is a plus
