Responsibilities

• Daily management of dedicated staff and resolving issues with customers and internal stakeholders. Delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, safety standards and performance ensured
• Implement defined function-specific processes and procedures. Monitor's performance and task execution to ensure effective cost control
• Assigned staff is supervised/led/coordinated and a positive and effective working relationship is established/maintained
• Interpersonal skills development, competencies, and training actions are managed including safety-related
• Compliance with Vestas standards across the dedicated site and processes and procedures ensures obeying regional laws and regulations
• Provide the necessary governance and systems to ensure compliance with Vestas's policies and contractual obligations Recruitment of new employees in corporation with the business
• Create a safe working culture and always follow the Vestas safety and quality values. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience being a team leader. Education, studies, or courses within management is also a beneficial asset
• Experience in coordinating a team and also with remote leadership
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbally
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft and IT in general. If you have been part of implementing new IT Systems, this would be beneficial
• System user of MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce
• Experience in managing global improvement projects
• Willing to comply with the Global Scale of the support and the stakeholder's time zones
