We are responsible for the sales, installation and service of wind farms throughout the globe.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include the following:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive planning system that aligns with operational needs and project timelines. This includes forecasting workloads, allocating resources effectively, and adjusting plans as needed to meet dynamic operational demands
  • Administrative Excellence: Ensure all logistical and administrative tasks related to technician work activities, such as travel arrangements, equipment procurement, and documentation, are handled with precision and efficiency
  • Collaboration and Support: Serve as a central point of contact between field technicians, management, and other departments. Facilitate clear and effective communication to resolve issues promptly and maintain a seamless flow of information
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine planning and support processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery outcomes. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to overcome operational challenges

 

Qualifications

To be considered, ideally, you have:

  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience being a coordinator or education, studies, or courses is also valued
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of timekeeping and approval processes is valued
  • Delivering assignments on time, with a high level of accuracy and quality
  • Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools
  • System user of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce are valued
  • Willing to comply with the Global Scale of the support and the stakeholders time zones
