In the People & Culture department, you will be part of an inspiring and committed team supporting the business on all people matters across Vestas. You will partner with our business leaders to carry out Vestas’ strategy and promote the people and culture agenda.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to align our Global and Regional HR processes and initiatives with business objectives and business needs across our organization in MED East, where we have activities in Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a skilled employees  and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will guide the talent management and diversity agenda within the business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Aligning staff to business objectives
  • Supporting leaders and employees with labor relations aspects and HR matters
  • Planning tactical HR initiatives and implementing, HR strategies, policies and practices
  • Supporting implementation of business strategies in the organization
  • HR transformation and change management
  • Supporting recruitment of the right talents
  • Managing labor litigations and labor contracts
  • Managing trade union relations with internal and external representatives of trade union organizations
  • Enhancing staff performance and supporting employee development
  • Running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, succession planning, maintaining staff relations, etc.
  • Updating policies and practices and overseeing wellness and health initiatives
  • Securing the highest level of compliance with group policies and local employment laws

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Law, Labor Relations Human Resources Management or similar
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably experienced in HR practices and policies across the listed countries
  • Romanian speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in other languages is valuable
