In Project Management Office MED, we provide support to the CPX colleagues in specific activities for Project Management in a portfolio manner being more efficiency. The focus of the team is to aid CPX in meeting crucial KPIs like revenue, contribution margin, and cash inflow, in addition to promoting cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the PMO Team Leader for Operations & Process MED, you will assume the responsibilities / activities described below:
PMO Analyst:
- Site app configuration, and support in case of troubles or issues of the users. Provide access and training to the App Site
- VIUs tracking and implementation of components in SAP
- Preparation HOTS (hand over to service), assure warranty date, 1st KW/H, and coordinates (to send the info to SSC and SSC upload the coordinates to SAP). Upload the HOtS documentation to Meddocs. PR creation for punch list
- To Create and control the Service Orders for Pre-commissioning and Commissioning and verify all the hours are correct. To create a report and doing analysis of the costs (statistics between projects "hours and costs") and inform to the PM and PMO Coordinator. To close the SO in SAP
PMO Documentation:
- To create projects structure on Meddocs (follow the current definition for MED projects)
- Download documents: contract on Meddocs: TSA and Annex, AOM and Annex; ensure applications for approval; ensure "As Built" specific to Project. Follow up the quality documents according to milestones and trigger the payment milestone of the contract (FAT documents) documents
- Documentation related Local requirements, specifically related Local Content
Qualifications
To be considered, you should have:
- Business degree in Documentation or similar
- 2-3 years of experience
Competencies
The following skills will be valued:
- Knowledge about the local legislation about the risks associate for unfulfillment the proper documentation
- High level of organization
- Good collaboration and teamwork mindset
- Knowledge of SAP processes
- Fluency in English
