Region MED > Customer Project Execution, MED > Digitalization & BPE and Documentation

In the Project Management Office MED, we support CPX colleagues with specific Project Management activities across a portfolio, increasing efficiency. The objective of the team is to support CPX in reaching the main KPIs (Revenue, CM, and Cash-In) and to generate cost efficiencies.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Create the project structure in Meddocs
  • Download documents in Meddocs: Contract, TSA ( transport and Supply agreement) , AOM (Active output management) - ensure the proper approval workflows are completed
  • Follow up on quality documentation according to project milestones and trigger the contract payment milestone
  •  Manage documentation related to local requirements, specifically Local Content compliance
  • Systems Support
  • Configure CPX Digital Tools for Wind Farms in scope and provide support in case of user issues
  • Provide user access and training
  • Collaborate with Installation for designing Wind Farm Traceability and create the WTG As-built of components in SAP
  • Prepare HOTS (Hand Over to Service), ensure warranty dates, first kWh, and coordinates and upload to Meddocs
  • Create and monitor Service Orders in SAP for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning, ensuring all hours are correctly recorded
  • Prepare reports and analyze cost and hour statistics between projects -communicate findings to the PM and PMO Coordinator

 

 

Qualifications

  •  Studies in documentation, library or record management or administrative
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a relevant area

 

 

Competencies

  • Knowledge of local legislation related to risks associated with incomplete or incorrect documentation
  • Knowledge of SAP processes is valuable with Data Accuracy and System Discipline
  • Well-developed organizational skills
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Methodical & Problem-Solving Skills
