Vestas Northern & Central Europe is a Sales Business Unit of Vestas responsible for sales, project construction, and service in Northern Europe. Our service organization Onshore EAST, operating in Poland, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, Kiew - Ukraine, works in a professional and efficient way to secure the operation and maintenance of our customers' turbines. We are looking for a Manager Customer Service Management Strategy.



  • Grow with scale of our business while setting and implementing on standards across the regions to the maximum extent possible

  • Have direct interface to customers and stay very closely connected to daily operations

  • Local presence in countries is key to success for CSM

  • Make sure we address joint customers in a common way across NCE (ONE Vestas approach)

  • Be the interface to Service Sales, WTG Sales, and their customer interaction; same for Construction dealing with customers



  • Operative for at least four years in the Vestas Service Structure

  • University degree in economics or engineering

  • At least 5-year experience ideally gained in a customer-facing position for example in sales, project management or contract management position particularly with large complex customers

  • Ideally needs to have commercial experience of the energy market

  • Good business sense and good economical understanding of contracts

  • Proven performance in your Vestas role(s)



  • Fitness for remote people Management and Stakeholder handling

  • Continuous Improvement mindset and experience

  • Positive, supportive and creative approach with a good mindset to achieve goals

  • Thrives in a innovative, growing environment

  • Have good communication skills and are able to communicate professionally to customers

  • Have good innovative ability, are motivated by desire to have clear systems and processes knowledgeable in Vestas ERP and linked systems

  • Ability to handle change and take a pragmatic approach to challenges

Additional information

Business trips cover up to 50% of working time.

Work Location: Could be, Vienne, Bucharest or Szczecin depending on your location.
