Quality Tech II

The Quality department ensures that products meet internal specifications, engineering drawings, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. It plays a central role in maintaining, auditing, and improving product quality, while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

The team acts as a cross-functional partner to Receiving, Production, Repair, and Shipping, helping to safeguard product integrity and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

•     Investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) -  Identify issues and understand their root causes, document findings, and notify relevant stakeholders.

•     Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) -  Inspect raw materials, equipment, assembly processes, and the final product.

•     Support the overall Quality Department by assisting with tasks to ensure quality standards and processes are consistently met.

•     Execute Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) - Collaborate with stakeholders to update part numbers on parts and in the SAP system.

 

Qualifications

•     High School diploma or equivalent is preferred

•     Experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar field is preferred.

•     Familiarity with Inspection Tools: Knowledge of measurement and inspection tools such as     calipers, micrometers, gauges, and testing equipment.

•     Minimum SAP experience: 1 year or similar MRPs
