Title - Clerk in Tooling Department, Brighton, CO
General Purpose:
This position will primarily be responsible for reviewing order data using SAP and ensuring completeness and accuracy of information. The information is then to be transferred into a customer program portal per contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Perform SAP business processes
• Ensure adequate quantity and timing of material and product inventory within the supply chain to meet organizational goals.
• Confers and assists department to coordinate all tooling repair and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, 3rd party vendors, part orders, and customer interactions
• Assist with preparing reports and maintaining documentation as required by repair shop leadership
• Processes customer and order source data by reviewing data for deficiencies
• Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
• Document work procedures
• Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data
• Oher duties assigned
Essential Functions:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other software programs
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interact frequently with others in a professional, courteous manner
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Maintains high level of confidentiality
• Ability to communicate orally and written in English
• Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, professional and quality manner
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or warehouse distribution preferred
• Experience with SAP or ERP/MRP software for supply chain /inventory management preferred
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other software programs
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use of hands and fingers to handle and feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Schedule: M- F 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Salary Range: $28-$32
