The Inventory Partner will support stakeholders to manage capacity planning and demand management. Acting as the main point of contact regarding Supply Chain activities inclusive of known risks.
Responsibilities:
• Track inventory variances and investigate root causes through analysis.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are addressed.
• Participates in stock taking audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Work with Site Managers and Forecasting to improve material availability at site.
• Ensure accuracy of safety stock and demand (historical and future) by identifying, quantifying, and managing materials.
• Advise business on risk to stock levels that have potential to affect site activities.
• Coordinate and participate in the development of material management methods at site.
• Hosting materials management meetings with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory business support, wind industry experience is beneficial.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced SAP experience.
• Solid demonstrated IT system skills highly desired.
• Minimum 30% travel required between multiple sites; travel to any Canadian site and East Coast US sites.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Professional organizational skills.
• Exposure to LEAN, Six Sigma a plus.

• Well-developed analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to travel to job sites as required.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.

• Ability to assimilate technical and commercial information and translate that into appropriate business assessments.

Compensation: $64,000 - $78,000 Annually
