Business Partner to Regional Supply Chain & Procurement in COO AME



· Skilled financial anchor in the region towards Global Finance functions and Regional Business Functions

· Secure overall alignment and coordination with global and regional Supply Chain, and Procurement, including the global Finance functions

· Support strategy development and execution within the business functions.

· Support in cost out activities

· Act as a gatekeeper of risk in relation to COO business activities in AME.

· Controlling, consolidation and reporting

· Ensure transparency and control in performance reporting within business functions, while supporting updates for regional business and performance reviews.

· Provide budget support during the annual exercise and monthly follow up on deviations and KPIs

· Analysis and ad hoc support

· Support and control PO handling, cost-in and cost-out development, SOW changes, and cost disputes.

· Implement ad hoc deep-dive analysis to enable cost-out initiatives and bring learnings to future projects.



· Bachelor Degree with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related subject.

· 2-5 years of experience in a similar position focused on project or business controlling, and cost analysis

· Solid stakeholder management skills

· Solid systems skills including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), favorably including hands-on experience in SAP BI, SAP BPC.



· Great collaborative skillset and ability to coordinate across functions with multiple stakeholders and input providers on a global scale - through solid stakeholder management you guide value.

· You have a curious mind, solid inquisitive abilities and enjoy diving into data and analysis.

· You find transformation and development exciting while viewing change as a positive driver - You have an ability to identify value-adding changes to the status quo.

· You should be organized, self-motivated, and be able to work on several projects simultaneously.

· Commitment to honesty, confidentiality and integrity.

Pay Range- $80,000- $90,000/year
