The PMO (Project Management Office) in NCE is a part of the SMO (Service Management Office) and focuses on project execution including managing a diverse range of strategic projects across the organization and project excellence to develop and raise applied standards. We are expanding our team with highly qualified Project Managers to meet the demand of our growing business.

 

Your responsibilities

As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible

  • for overseeing project initiatives from startup to completion, ensuring to meet business requirements and deliver great value. Your role will involve:
  • Being a Project or Program manager for strategic initiatives in Vestas Service NCE
  • Defining and Managing Business Requirements: Ensuring alignment with business goals through thorough requirement gathering, documentation, and validation
  • Change Management: Implementing a structured approach to manage change impacts, approvals, and communications
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project progress using KPIs, preparing status reports, and updating stakeholders in various steering groups
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns and incorporating their feedback
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, developing risk management plans, and implementing mitigation strategies

 

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess a combination of educational background and practical experience that shows their ability to manage complex projects effectively. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor or Master degree with economic or technical background
  • Knowledge of different project management methodologies
  • Project Management certification is an asset, PRINCE2 is beneficial
  • Experience in managing complex strategic/transformational initiatives and projects
  • Proficiency in strategic communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to oversee, facilitate, and engage effectively, while ensuring all project documentation is accurately maintained and in place
