Unsere Bauabteilung plant und überwacht Windparkprojekte als Generalunternehmer von Anfang bis Ende. Das Team ist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Angeboten für die Planung und den Bau schlüsselfertiger Infrastrukturleistungen für Windparks. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Beschaffung werden Budget und Zeitplan des Projekts festgelegt und unsere umfassenden Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards gewährleistet. Zudem arbeiten wir eng mit Vertriebs- und Rechtsabteilungen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Windpark den höchsten Energieertrag gemäß den Kundenspezifikationen liefert. Der EPC & Balance of Plant (BoP) Bid Manager ist für den Infrastrukturumfang des Projekts während der Angebotsphase verantwortlich.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Erstellung, Prüfung und Bewertung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen
• Massenermittlungen
• Eigenständige Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen für Fundamentbau, Wege, Kranstellflächen, Mittelspannungsverkabelung und Umspannwerke
• Identifizierung und Ausarbeitung von Nebenangeboten und Sonderlösungen
• Verfolgung von Angeboten und Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern
• Teilnahme an Bieter- und Vergabegesprächen
• Pflege der internen Kalkulationsdatenbank
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Kalkulationssystematik
• Schnittstelle zur Bauleitung, Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Vertragsgestaltung für Nachunternehmer
• Erstellung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Vorschläge für Kunden auf der Grundlage von Subunternehmerangeboten 
• Verhandlung von Verträgen mit Kunden und Subunternehmern unter Einbindung von Vertriebs- und Beschaffungsabteilungen
• Überwachung von Front-End-Engineering-Arbeiten

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder der Elektrotechnik (BSc oder MSc)
• Erfahrung in EPC-Projekten, Ausschreibungsverfahren für zivile oder elektrische Infrastruktur sowie Projektmanagement
• Zusätzliche Erfahrung in Geotechnik, Brückenbau, PV-Anlagen, Batteriespeichern und Windparkbau von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in Überwachung, Überwachungssystemen und Prozessen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung

Department
The Construction Department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm's bid and remains responsible until the signature of the contract. Working closely with procurement the team has to define the project's budget and schedule and ensures our extensive safety and quality standards will be met. It also works closely with the sales and legal departments to ensure each wind farm delivers the highest energy yield within the client's specification. The EPC & Balance of Plant (BoP) Bid manager is responsible for the infrastructure scope of the project in BID phase

Responsibilities

• Lead Wind farm infrastructure FEED & tendering
• Prepare quotation to the subcontractors, including the Civil Works Basic Engineering and the clients requirements.
• Prepare the technical & economic proposals for clients, based on the received subcontractors offers
• Participate in negotiations and contracts with Clients and Subcontractors, by giving support to sales and sourcing departments
• Supervision of Front End Engineering Works

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc Civil Engineering university education
• Experience in EPC projects, civil or electrical infrastructure tendering process and project management experience
• Other experiences such as geotechnics, bridges, PV Plants, Battery Plants, on-site construction, and wind farms will be valued
• Supervision, Monitoring and Process System knowledge
• Fluent in English language and a good standard of German
