Responsibilities

  • Complete and coordinate regional supply chain planning activities with coordinating with global planning
  • Partner with our regional Service Business Unit (SBU) to obtain and validate demand forecasts for contractual and aftermarket sales support
  • Analyze and define stock categorization and provisions, setting a monetary ceiling of stocks
  • Evaluate and define stocking strategies
  • Forecast and Maintain regional Kanban levels initiating replenishment of high value main components
  • Handle stock filling entry point and deliver/supply schedule, analyze recommended spare part list discrepancies and define initial safety stock suggestion for service locations
  • Analyze delivery performance misses, identify coordinating factors through root cause and Pareto
  • Execute mass enrichment request in new markets or new platforms in advance
  • Analyze forecasted and actual impacts to regional working capital (inventory) at the regional level
  • Define and monitor surplus return plan in order to achieve the defined target
  • Analyze excess and dead categories and propose plans to keep optimal and accurate inventory
  • Lead inventory turnover improvement

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master Degree, major in Engineering, Logistics/supply chain or equivalent
  • Above 5 years of working experience within supply chain, Inventory, planning, engineering or relevant
  • Demonstrated success in understanding and implementing planning models directly and through simulation; inventory strategies, balancing business cost management and customer needs
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement and planning methodology skills, reach knowledge and skills on data analysis and data-base systems and tools

 

Competencies

  • International oriented, experience in dealing with western culture and business
  • Excellent on database software
  • Strong accountability and negotiation skills, sense of urgency and understands to work tight deadlines
  • Good systematic and analytical skills, focusing on good teamwork
  • Good communication in English, strong skills and master user of excel
