Mechanical Engineer - Bandirma, Turkey

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities on wind farm technical matters;
• Review the inspection report and send notification/instruction to the service teams;
• Provide support for trouble shooting on mechanical and hydraulic systems;
• Prepare technical reports for customers;
• Support and coordinate with operation the implementation of upgrades and repair activities;
• Identify possible cost out or sales option
• Support customer engineers and operation attending customer meeting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering 
• 2-3 years of experience in the technical field in maintenance focused on gear transmission and hydraulic systems
• Advanced English skills both in writing and speaking

Competencies:

• Investigative approach, accurate and solid attention to detail.
• Great capacities to work as a part of a hybrid team where most of the team members are located at a different physical location.
• High learning capacities and adapting to new technologies.
• Organized and process-motivated, with the ability to suggest and promote improvements.
• Multicultural understanding.
