The department of Service Operation Support located in Bandırma, is part of a Global Service Operation providing services to customers at MENA&Türkiye. Main areas of responsibility is Planning of Main Component / Blade Repair Operation activities.

Speciality Task Coordinator is within Planning Team at Service Department , responsible to supervise all Main Component / Blade Repair Operation tasks assign to turbines with different priorities.Reporting to SOS Manager , Speciality Task Coordinator is part of the Planning team that will work at all Main Components of MENA Countries & Türkiye . All planning , scheduling tasks proceed according to Vestas Rules , contracts and local legal legislation.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Evaluate , decide and create work orders from system ( SF & SAP ) for Service Operational tasks according to Vestas operational guidelines.

• Consider customer specifics in technical planning (including customer entitlement ) .

• Triggering technical Support for complex jobs

• Upstream support role involved for quotation creation.

• Defining requirements and plan short term and long term of special task activities

• Booking and following up with subcontractors

• Allocating and directing resources

• Ensuring effective internal communication of both planned and unplanned activities

• Creating a comprehensive weekly package of prepared work orders for each service team

• Escalating issues regarding possible overload and shortage of work Managers as appropriate

• Special Task Service Work Orders review

• Check if the Task List (Work Type) for specific job is available in the system

• Perform Technical Planning

• Cooperate with Subcontractors

• Prepare and monitor the meetings with all internal and external stakeholders for precise plan

 

Qualifications

 

• Academic degree Bachelor level of Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics

• Technical background and ideally experience on Wind Turbines

• Proven ability to identify the upcoming trends and workload

• Extensive knowledge of MS Office and in-house database management (Sales Force, planning tools, SAP experience is the additional requirement)

• High written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English

• Being analytical according to changes and able to decide correctly with different parameters

• Ability to follow up in different countries and with multi-cultural teams.
