NCR Coordinator

The LATAM Construction department oversees construction of wind projects (EPC) and installation and commissioning of the wind turbines (supply & installation) under contracts sold by the sales department. The LATAM NCR Team coordinates the deviations and recover the impacts derived from the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) occurred during the Construction of wind farms in LATAM region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global processes for Identification, Containment,  Disposition and Financial Accounting and their instructions for Non Conformity Management
• Governance of NCRs in SAP-NCM ensuring proper recording, containment, disposition, assignment (internal and external parties), and cost allocation and cost recovery is performed. Escalate when required. 

Qualifications:

• M.Sc./B.Sc. in Business Administration or any type of Engineering
• Experience on Construction projects (including EPC), preferably more than 1 at the same time
• Quality processes knowledge     
• Negotiation skills
