Service Operation > Service AUNZ > Operations AUNZ > Emu Downs Wind Farm

 

An amazing opportunity has become available within our services operations department for a highly motivated Service Administrator on a full-time basis. You’ll based at either the Alinta or Emu Downs Wind Farm. 

Based at either Emu Downs or Alinta Wind Farm this opportunity reports to the Administration Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating all operational administrative activity across sites in WA and ensure data accuracy in the system and on site.  You have a basic understanding of project and change management principles.

 

Responsibilities

  • Track invoices and stock returns
  • Coordinate repair of tools, both internal and external
  • Contribute responsibly and adhere to relevant laws, regulations and corporate obligations in terms of safety, health and environment
  • Research tools to service site needs and ordering them as required
  • Ensure accurate reporting and distribution to key stakeholders
  • Communicate clear plans to service personnel on site
  • Provide administrative support to Site Supervisor and technicians

 

Qualifications

  • Commitment and adherence to safety and environmental requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage processes / systems / tools in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of project and change management principles


Competencies

  • Experience in preparing and presenting reports
  • Fork lift license
  • Sound computer skills in Mainframe and PC applications. 
  • Experience using MAPICS, SQL and / or SAP is preferable but not essential
  • Possess parts interpretation experience
  • Mechanical / tools experience will be highly regarded

Additional information

  • Primary Work Location: Walkaway (South of Geraldton), Western Australia – 5 days per week
  • Must currently hold full Australian working rights to work full-time and live in this location to be considered
