Responsibilities

• Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
• Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
• Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization
• Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis
• Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
• On-time communication to crews and partners is guaranteed
• KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control

Qualifications

• BE / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning in a large asset-based environment
• Experience in preparing detailed reports
• Experience liaising with Blue Collar workers
• Experience responding to critical, time-sensitive service planning in a maintenance environment
