Vestas is the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions. We design, manufacture, install, and service wind turbines across the globeService & Construction Academy. The Technical and Safety Training Department delivers safety and technical trainings for technicians in the Vestas Service organization, customers and subcontractors. As the Technical Instructor (f/m/d) you perform training for Vestas Technicians, Vestas Employees, Customers and Subcontractors. You will be responsible for developing and creating training materials (Power Point, theoretical and practical exercises) and you will provide new and existing Service Technicians with the necessary training to enable them to conduct their job professionally and safely..
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct Technical and Safety training programs; develop and implement Technical and Safety trainings for different target groups• Take part in delegated projects / tasks
- Attend meetings regularly and participate in training-related discussions
- Maintenance of training equipment
- Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
- Mentor other instructors in the subject matter content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent attainment in Electric or Electronics, electrician, auto mechanic.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in similar position, ideally, experience from the wind energy industry
- Experience in conducting technical Training with focus on safety
- Fluent in English
- Good MS Office skills
- Driver's license class B
