Purpose and reason for the existence of the job

We are looking for a Teamleader that will develop, and motivate co-workers within the team and wider network, and develop and improve tasks, processes, systems, and responsibilities within your own team. Responsibilities:

 

  • Remote Team Leadership, effectively represents and supervises a remote team of 8-12 employees.
  • Ensures obeying regional laws and regulations
  • Compliance with Vestas standards across the dedicated site and processes and procedures
  • Ensure task execution in compliance with procedures, department guidelines, and Vestas Standards
  • Strive for high standards and awareness within safety and sustainability in the team, as well as continuously work to ensure a good working environment, setting a clear direction and focus within the team to align with the business goals
  • Setting clear operational expectations and KPIs within the team as well as implementing the relevant governance to review these regularly.
  • All personnel management within the team including recruitment, disciplinary, and capability actions where required
  • Optimize/develop and improve tasks, processes, systems, and responsibilities within own team.
  • Provide timely and correct responses and support to the Service and Construction organizations
  • Prepare technical customer reports and presenting technical matters at customer meetings.
  • Be the link between Technical Support NCE and Technology R&D.
  • Advanced troubleshooting for down Turbines.
  • Providing answers to technical questions to internal and external stakeholder (C4C).

 

Qualifications  

 

  • Experience in a similar leadership role with a proven ability to develop teams and organizational results
  • 3-5 years experience handling people and multiple functions within a department
  • Project Management, performance improvement, and communication skills

 

Competencies 

  • Have the leadership and attributes needed to achieve set goals in large complex organizations as well as being able to coach, empower, and support a team around you
  • Proficient at networking and stakeholder management, with an understanding of their various requirements as well as different cultures
  • Committed and able to stay motivated during high pressured and reactive environments
  • Effective leader of meetings, teams, and projects with an organized methodical approach
  • Extremely proficient in administration management at scale and able to report large amounts of data, trends, or information in simplified formats to different stakeholders
  • Professional PC skills - SAP, Microsoft office suite.
