Vestas' Planning Department(PD) for Benelux is a part of Vestas NCE (Northern & Central Europe) is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth.   • Undertakes all necessary measures to act safely self and to plan the work of technical teams in accordance with the safety rules resulting from the applicable law and the specific regulations of the Employer
  • Working according the VPP(Vestas Process Portal guidelines) especially for planning process in Vestas for the role of technical planner
  • Prioritize & reply queries from the Field Service or the office employees. Determines the needed time for work, number of resources, their skills, tools and materials
  • Ensure a quick solution when issues regarding the original planning arise and inform stakeholders accordingly 
  • Responsible of verifying the load within the team of planners, step in bringing required support on a daily basis and suggest long term improvements initiatives
  • First point of contact for the Service Technicians regarding technical aspects of woks execution, selected tools, materials and work methodology
  • Contact with external subcontractors for arranging technical aspects of works
  • Creates PR, follow-up and GR of purchase orders for contracted activities



  • Technically educated and experienced (2 yrs. of education or working in wind industry)
  • MBO work and thinking level (MBO in Electronics, Mechanics or similar)
  • Experience with planning, planning tools and prioritization
  • Proven knowledge, skills and experience in MS Office, SAP or similar ERP-systems
  • Ability to evaluate numerical data and identify trends
  • Knowledge of organizational processes and systems
  • Proficient oral and written fluency in Dutch and English
