EVP Area Service – Global Business Improvement – Operational Excellence NCE
The Global Service LEAN team is responsible for moving further our Service Business' continuous improvement and execution excellence culture. We improve the process for Strategy Deployment, work on establishing global concepts, and implement breakthrough improvements based on world class methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
 
Responsibilities
The tasks you will perform in your region will include to:

  • Implement our Service Lean roadmap
  • Support the sites to increase their Lean maturity
  • Secure Lean tools deployment
  • Assess training needs
  • Facilitate kaizen events to promote improvements
  • Reduce operational costs
  • Facilitate share of Lean best practices within your region

 
Qualifications

  • Experience with LEAN in different environments (for example: manufacturing and transactional)
  • Academic degree on Bachelor level or higher (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Improvement or LEAN experience and track of success,

 
Competencies

  • Have hands-on work approach and possess the motivation to improve our service processes
  • Are proactive and can follow up in different countries (or areas within a country)
  • Possess influence and persuasiveness together with strong interpersonal skills
  • Have experience with change management and implementation
  • Have experience directing improvements based on Value Stream and communicating the next steps towards future state in a way that our technicians understand
  • Can create impact and connect with our workforce
  • Possess proficient written/verbal presentation and communication skills in English, plus the main language in the country/region you work with

Additional information
Work location: You will be based in our office from Netherlands, in Arnhem.
We are open regarding the primary location, if the right candidate is found he/she can work from a main area within the country/region of scope. Up to 50-75 days of national and international traveling is expected.
