Purpose and reason for the existence of the job

The Parts & Repair Aftermarket Sales Team supplies wind turbine owners and service providers with spare parts for maintenance and repairs to ensure the continuous operation of thousands of wind turbines in Europe. The team is developing an innovative growth plan through digitalization and customer service quality and is now looking for a technically and commercially significant Parts & Repair Sales Professional to join us and become part of our journey to commercial growth.

Responsibilities:

• Management of customers and responsible for the entire sales process from enquiry to order receipt
• Develop customer relations and increase 'Share of Wallet'
• Identify and capture new sales opportunities
• Negotiations with customers
• Contribute to the further optimization of sales related processes

Qualifications

• Technical and commercial background with mechanical or electrical products
• Industry experience and good knowledge of wind turbine parts
• Experience with aftermarket sales service
• Native Dutch language required as well as high level of oral and written English. Ability to speak German language would be an additional advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with Salesforce and SAP * or other ERP/CRM system
