Quality Inspector I

Departamento de Inspeção de Qualidade da fábrica.

Responsabilidades: 

- Realizar inspeções de produto (nacelle, hub e Drive Train)
- Atender e chamar QBDs de qualidade- Preencher planilhas de registros de inspeção          - Gerenciar documentação de despacho e rastreabilidade dos produtos acabados (fisicamente, SAP. local driver e VDD)
- Manter atualizado quadros de gestão visual de controle de indicadores e delivery
- Realizar inspeções de despacho final antes do delivery
- Preencher QDA, iAuditor e outros softwares de inspeção
- Participar de estudos de causa de NCRs
- Realizar auditorias de processo (verificar a aderência dos processos de montagem às Instruções de trabalho)
- Gerenciar o processo de FFF e emitir seus relatórios
- Abrir NCRs de fornecedor
- Atuar como Quality Responsible de NCRs internas
- Atuar no suporte para Quality Responsible de NCRs de fornecedor (medições, expedição e recebimento de material, contato com fornecedores locais, realização de retrabalhos...)
- Manter área de NCR organizada (fisicamente e SAP).
- Inspecionar matéria prima em armazém interno e externo.
- Realizar compras de materiais NCR.
- Auxiliar a substituição para ferramentas de içamento e torquímetros quando necessário.
- Gerenciar as atividades de preservação das máquinas acabadas

Qualificações: 

- Formação técnica em Mecânica, Elétrica, Eletrônica ou Mecatrônica.
