The department of Service Operation Support located in Jordan, is part of a Global Service Operation providing services to customers .at MENA. Main areas of responsibility is Planning of Scheduled / Unscheduled / CIM service activities.

Dispatcher is , within Planning Team at Service Department , responsible to coordinate all tasks assign to turbines with different priorities. Reporting to Master Scheduler , Dispatcher is part of the Planning team that will work at all daily , short term tasks planning at 100-150 turbines belongs to an Area. All planning , scheduling tasks proceed according to Vestas Rules , contracts and local legal legislation

Responsibilities 

• Prepare Short Term Plan for all turbines according to Vestas priorities and service contract liabilities
• Manage all resources ( Man Power , Spares , Consumables , Tools, ..etc ) that are needed for each single task
• Coordinate all tasks according to Capacity Planning with short term levelling ( 12 weeks )
• Create daily communication with the customer and share plans and act on according to deviation within the day
• Create communication for technical and system vise processes with internal and global Vestas support departments when proceeding planning tasks
• Follow technical , Safety , Local Legal training need & planning , documentation & certification ,...etc of all technicians at the Area
• Control the Material Safety Stocks , Site Stock Counts, .. etc tasks for the materials

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Wind industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in English
• MS Excel, Power BI computer skills , Sales Force knowledge ( preferred )

• Skills in business understanding and information/data analysis,
• Good organization and interpersonal skills as well as solid communication capabilities
• Ability to adapt to an ever-growing environment.
• Capacity to prioritize several tasks and adjust workload accordingly.
• Risk management, problem solving and judgment capabilities.
• Being analytical according to changes and able to decide correctly with different parameters
