As a Dispatcher within our MED Master Scheduling team, you'll play a key role in optimizing the planning, scheduling, and execution of service and maintenance operations for wind turbines. We need someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, and skilled at solving problems in a busy work environment. Responsibilities

• Optimize schedules to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
• Maintain and adjust crew compositions based on demand.
• Ensure tools, parts, and services are ready before deployment.
• Manage daily and short-term crew schedules.
• Align plans with service contracts and customer expectations.
• Communicate clearly with crews and stakeholders.
• Track and balance planning KPIs.
• Assign work based on skills, weather, and priorities.
• Prepare 12-week and 3-week service plans.
• Bundle and streamline work orders.
• Confirm availability of materials and competencies.
• Create purchase requests as needed.
• Support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Review completed work weekly.
• Promote Vestas' values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  
  

Qualifications

• Technical diploma, degree, or tertiary qualification
• Experience in technical roles, especially in the wind industry or with wind turbines
• Proficiency in planning techniques and/or project management methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce and SAP
