仕事内容｜正社員採用＋18ヶ月育成プログラムあり

入社後すぐに正社員雇用＋最大18ヶ月間の研修開始（国内：神奈川、長崎、福島、青森、秋田、福岡など ・アジア・欧州の各拠点で実施予定）
研修内容例：

• 洋上風力の基礎知識、安全訓練（GWO研修など）
• 高所作業やメンテナンス技術
• チーム作業、現場レポート、PC入力等

研修修了後は、秋田県潟上市の洋上風力発電所に配属、以下の保守・運用業務をご担当いただきます。

• 風力発電設備の定期点検・高所作業含むメンテナンス
• トラブル発生時の対応（チーム作業）
• 部品・工具・資材の準備と管理
• 作業レポート、顧客ミーティングへの参加
• 安全管理、環境管理、法令順守　など

勤務時間

• 7日間連続勤務
• 仕事時間帯：7:00～19:00(休憩60分)
• 7日間連続休みのシフト制

• 　秋田県潟上市

求める人物像

必須条件

• 英語のレジュメをご提出いただける方
• 英語環境での研修・業務に対する意欲と適応力があること
  　（流暢さは不問。やる気があればOK）
• 高専以上・チーム作業を好む方
• PC基本操作スキル
• 普通自動車免許（AT可）
• 何らかの技術系経験がある方（職種不問） 又は工業高校・高専・技術系学部出身者

歓迎条件

• 電気工事士、自動車整備士、機械保全技能士など
• 高所作業車、ロープ高所、クレーン、玉掛け技能講習修了者

活躍中の社員の前職例

• 自動車・船舶・航空機の整備士
• 発電所（火力・原子力）の保守・点検
• 建設・設備系作業員、工場メンテナンス担当
• 送電線や重機のメンテナンス作業者　など
