We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to help shape the future of our User Management Solution - a critical component of Vestas' customer-facing digital solutions. You will be part of the Product Design Chapter within the Digital Customer Engagement department, collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams in an environment where empowerment, learning and growth are central to how we work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous discovery activities to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities related to identity and access management
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the product trio (Product Manager and Lead Engineer) to design solutions that support both customer and internal user journeys
- Work on a technically complex and business-critical product that enables seamless user onboarding, authentication, and account management
- Build and quality-assure UI components in Figma
Qualifications
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX designer, UX researcher or similar
- Have experience working in product-led environments and in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers within SaaS or complex B2B solutions
- Have experience with continuous discovery and user research, and are proficient in using Figma for creating and maintaining design components
- Have experience designing within complex systems and environments
- Have experience working with product metrics, behavioral data, and frameworks such as OKRs to align design decisions with product goals
- Experience contributing to or developing a design system would be beneficial
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Additional information
This position is based in Aarhus, Denmark, to ensure close collaboration with the product team. Vestas does not offer a relocation package for this role. You should expect up to 20 travel days per year, including visits to other sites and our office in Copenhagen.
