We are looking for a Test Coach that can play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development teams to implement effective testing strategies, coach team members on best testing practices, and promote continuous improvement in our testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software development principles and a fondness for quality assurance.

 

Digital Solutions > Digital Technology Solutions > Digital Expert Services
You will be joining our Center for Enablement team in Digital Expert Services. A team that enables our products, platforms and projects, guiding and coaching them in best practice, ensuring smooth transition and delivery across our portfolio. 
 
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development teams to understand impediments and identify testing needs
  • Coach and mentor team members on testing principles, techniques, best practices and tools across our different locations in Denmark, India, Manila, etc
  • Teach the teams how to design, develop, and implement test plans and test cases
  • Enable them automate the testing processes to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Train them in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze test results with the teams and assist them identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies 

 
Qualifications 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a software developer with a comprehensive understanding of programming languages
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
  • Experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG or other,
  • Certified in ISTQB, TMAP or similar
  • A love for gaining and sharing knowledge

  • Good written and oral English communications skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge in all phases of the software development lifecycle

This role primary workplace will be in Aarhus, Denmark, however, travel time is required.
