EVP NCE - SBU NCE Construction & Operations - PMO, Portfolio Planning & Analytics
Analytics and Systems Support is a department within PMO, Portfolio Planning and Analytics under the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) business unit at Vestas. The goal of PMO, Portfolio Planning and Analytics is to support the region in effective execution of onshore and offshore Construction Projects. Analytics and System Support will support the business in reviewing performance of the area of Construction utilizing the available data to create transparency on performance to the business and also support the business by a team of 'super users' that can support the sites in the systems utilized by Construction.


  • Ensure that systems utilized by Construction sites such as SAP, Power BI, Site Reporting Systems etc. fit the daily activities
  • Coordinate and monitor system support initiatives towards our Construction sites
  • Act as the point of contact for any system related issues and take the lead in ensuring that the systems are used correctly
  • On site and online training and support to the sites on the available systems for Construction
  • Monitor systems progress and performance on a continuous basis
  • Identify and support IT with implementation of improvements to existing and new systems to ensure they support the ongoing development of the Construction sites



  • Several years of experience with SAP systems and optionally also BI systems
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position working with IT systems at the intersection of IT and the business and thereby an understanding of the relationship between operational activities and technology 
  • Relevant education in information management, information systems, engineering or equivalent
  • Solid pragmatical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic and systematic approach to your tasks
  • Expert user of information management applications
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing



  • Owning the ability to prioritize, focus on the details and meet deadlines will be key for this role
  • Ability to work across various parts of the value chain, identify and involve the needed business stakeholders
  • Great service and interpersonal competences  
  • Good communication  and stakeholder management skills
  • Effective ability to guide and train site personnel in the use of IT systems
  • Good business process understanding and ability to work cross functional
  • Continuous improvement mind-set as well as a solution-oriented and motivated approach to your work

Travel - The position includes up to 30 days travel
