EVP NCE > Customer Project Execution > Pre-installation Tower Supervisors 

Our department consists of following teams of supervisors and technical supporting teams, as well as Pre-Installation, Installation and Commissioning. We develop and supply skilled and committed resources with the right mindset. We coordinate and develop people and teams to support operational success. We create a culture of safety, cost consciousness and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and participate in installation tasks within Pre-Installation to make sure we are on time and budget
• Plan and coordinate all resources as required by the tasks of the pre-installation site, including time registration for all employees and contractors 
• Track and record all relevant planned and unplanned work tasks
• Preform quality walk down
• Identify, register, and handle deviations using the relevant tools, methods, processes and procedures
• Ensure a safe work practice by acting in compliance with Vestas' HSE requirements
• Ensure implementation of upgrades and new procedures 

Qualifications:

• Technical background for example, mechanical or electrical
• Wind industry experience
• HSE, quality and customer relations experience
• Good IT skills (SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office and SAP)
• Fluent in English

• You are team orientated with solid leadership skills
• You have good organisation, time-management and delegation skills
• You can motivate, encourage and guide others in a positive manner
• You can maintan focus in time sensitive situations

Additional Information:
Primary work location: Aarhus, Denmark  This position requires approximately 180 days of travel per year.
