Vestas Technology & Operations is where new product ideas are developed, matured, improved, and tested. Within R&D, you'll find our department, Value Chain Services as part of Innovation, Concepts, Capability and Excellence.
We deliver technical documentation for transport, construction and service to enable the users to transport, install, commission and service the turbines efficiently and safely. In addition, we deliver bills of material for the pre-installation sites and for service spare parts procurement.
We also perform virtual simulations across the value chain to identify design, process or tool issues before they materialise. In relation to this, we enable the OSOS process (One Stop Office Shop), a fast-track process to capture design and process deviations and implement the corrections.
Responsibilities
You will support a variety of administrative and data analysis tasks, including
- Mapping and comparing data to identify trends or quality issues
- Updating project information in Jira, our task management tool
- Managing and publishing metadata for technical documents
- Handling user requests related to technical documentation through a ticketing system
- Creating or updating guideline documents
- Providing backup support for colleagues responsible for translation requests and Escrow documentation packages
Additionally, you may participate in project-specific tasks, such as
- Designing and conducting feedback surveys, from defining requirements to collecting and analyzing responses
- Contributing to enhancements and improvements in our task management system, Jira
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, with at least two years remaining in your studies (preferred)
- Proficiency in understanding and using IT systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Solid communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with data analysis, Power BI, and Jira is beneficial, along with an interest in project management

Additional information
Your work location will be at our office located in Aarhus, Denmark.
You will be expected to work 15-25 hours per week.
