As a Student Worker in R&D Training Academy, you will work closely with a skilled team of seven experts who design and implement high-quality learning solutions for engineers and technicians working with wind turbines. This is your chance to apply theory in practice, gain valuable experience, and contribute to projects that produce tangible results
Responsibilities
Your tasks will be varied and give you exposure to different aspects of learning and communication:
- Communication: Create engaging content for SharePoint sites, PowerPoint presentations, and internal articles
- Learning Projects: Join as a project member on learning development initiatives targeting R D employees
- Site Management: Help develop and maintain our Learning site
- Data Reporting: Support analytics and reporting activities within the department
- Digital Adoption: support the team working with digital adoption
- Learning management system: Manage setting up and maintaining learning paths and scheduling in Vestas LMS
Qualifications
We imagine you are currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning, Communication, Cognitive Science, or another field related to learning. Hopefully, you are in the early stages of your studies and can see yourself continuing with us during your Master's program.
