Vestas is looking for a driven student worker to join our Insurance & Risk team forming part of our global Legal, Risk & Compliance organization. The Insurance & Risk department is an integrated part of our Global Risk Team and has global responsibility for Vestas' insurance setup with a wide range of insurance assignments. The team consists of 13 highly experienced professionals, 6 of whom are in Denmark to handle all corporate insurance matters. This position is meant to support the insurance team handling Vestas' Global Insurance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Administration and monitoring updates on global insurance lines
  • Support the Insurance team in the day-to-day work. This includes administration of various insurance lines as well as answering questions related to the insurance lines from colleagues around the world
  • Support insurance colleagues in the continuous development and update of internal guidelines and documentation

 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Law, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English – both verbal and written. Knowledge of Danish is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Able to work independently on routine tasks
  • Flexible availability, with the ability to support deliveries with shifting deadlines (we support flexibility during exam periods)

Additional information 

Your primary workplace will be our office in Aarhus, Denmark, and the position is expected to require approximately 15 hours per week. The internship will run from 1 September 2025 to 1 August 2026, with the possibility of extension.
