Then this might be something for you! We are now looking for a Student Worker for our Converter & Electrical Module Technical Management team in Aarhus.

 

Power Solutions & Vestas Quality > Applications, Controls & Electrical > C&E Technical Management

 

Within the Vestas Power Solutions business unit, the Converter & Electrical (C&E) Module is responsible for the technology and product development of the wind turbine's frequency converters, their control, high-voltage transformers, switchgear, and cables. C&E's Technical Management is the organizational sub-module responsible for setting and steering technical direction across all functions in the C&E Module.

 

Responsibilities

As a Student Worker, you will be dedicated to our Model-Based Engineering journey, and your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Project management on smaller projects
  • Performance metrics: track and assess
  • Development process optimization
  • Communication plan, Guidelines, Templates
  • Intranet information structure
  • Work with 20+ technical specialists & project managers

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a structured student assistant with good analytical and spreadsheet skills and the ability to develop a storyline in PowerPoint, supporting clear communication with a large stakeholder group.

You are studying for a Bachelor's degree or have just started your Master's studies in business, finance, market research, innovation, engineering, or related. We expect you to have experience with the following:

  • Advanced skills within Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Planning and execution of tasks together with internal and external parties

As a person, you are dedicated by nature with a solid sense of quality. You are self-motivated with a positive attitude, an innovative mindset, and an eagerness to obtain sustainable solutions. Furthermore, you possess:

  • Willingness to learn and professional engagement in operational tasks
  • Performs well under strict deadlines, keeps the overview, and gets things done
  • Good communication skills
