Situated in the Service business area in Vestas, the Global Service Portfolio Management Office (PMO) department supports a clear link between the Service strategy and the portfolio execution. The department is responsible for defining, initiating and implementing a balanced portfolio of projects that cater to the strategic priorities. In short, the department develop, guide, and govern the end-to-end Service portfolio of projects - from definition and communication to execution and benefit realization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and maintenance of PowerBI reports within Global Service PMO
• Provide administrative support to the System & Tools department
• Assist in ad-hoc and cross functional analyses within Global Service PMO
• Support Service Finance in Benefit Tracking

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's program with the intention to pursue education at the Master´s level.
• Knowledge in IT and a keen interest in working with data
• Solid experience in the Microsoft Office package
• Prior experience in PowerBI considered advantageous
• Very good spoken and written English

• Demonstrate eagerness to rapidly acquire new knowledge and enhance both professional and personal competencies with a proactive approach in acquiring responsibility
• Strong communication skills with a genuine interest in engaging with colleagues across various functions, management levels, and global locations
