We are looking for a student worker to support Product Applications & Controls (PAC) with communication activities, SharePoint maintenance, and follow-up on Purchase Order (PO) commitments. The role is varied and flexible, allowing you to support ongoing activities while also taking part in projects and initiatives aligned with your interests and learning goals.

Responsibilities
- Support internal communications, documentation and coordination through our enterprise social media (ESM) and document management systems (DMS) to improve clarity, transparency and information flow.
- Improve and optimize ESM within the department to ensure relevance, applicability, and mutual understanding of process, procedures, and communication.
- Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks as needed
- Support tracking, follow-up and documentation on open Purchase Order commitments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, IT, or similar with at least 1,5-2 years before graduation.
- Interest in internal communication, digital collaboration, and operational support
- Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Copilot)
- Fluency in English
