IT Asset Management is part of People, Workplace & Support within Digital Business Solutions. We are responsible for delivering global, cross-functional services across the entire IT Asset Lifecycle and IT Asset Supply Chain Management landscape.
Our team supports more than 30,000 Vestas employees worldwide by ensuring the efficient delivery, registration, lifecycle management, and end-of-life handling of laptops and mobile devices. In addition, we manage mobile subscriptions, data services, and related communication solutions, enabling employees across the business to stay connected and productive.
Working in a global environment, we play a key role in maintaining a seamless and sustainable asset management process, ensuring the right technology reaches the right people at the right time throughout its lifecycle.
Responsibilities
As a student worker in IT Asset Management, you can expect to:
- Supporting communication and follow-up with employees, managers, and external partners regarding laptops, mobile devices, subscriptions, and other asset lifecycle activities
- Creating, updating, and enhancing user-facing communications, knowledge articles, internal documentation, and SharePoint content
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support ongoing asset management processes and initiatives
- Managing and resolving assigned tickets and tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
- Maintaining and updating asset-related information in relevant systems to ensure accurate registration and tracking of changes
- Providing administrative and operational support to the IT Asset Management team, contributing to the smooth execution of daily activities and projects
- Assisting with communication campaigns that promote user awareness and engagement with asset replacement, return, and lifecycle management processes
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:
- Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Corporate Communication, Business Communication, Digital Communication, Information Science, or a related field
- Are confident using Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work, enabling you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across different teams and cultures
- Previous experience with SharePoint, content creation, internal communications, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage but not a requirement

Additional information
Primary workplace: The role will be based on Dusager 4, 8210 Aarhus N, Denmark.
Work hours: We expect you to work 15-20 hours per week. You align with your manager on what days you are working. We are flexible to accommodate your studies in periods where you must study for exams, etc.
