Vestas is seeking a motivated student worker to support the Insurance & Risk team within our global Legal, Risk & Compliance organization. The Insurance & Risk department is an integrated part of our Global Risk Team and has global responsibility for Vestas' insurance setup with a wide range of insurance assignments. The team consists of 12 highly experienced professionals, 6 of whom are in Denmark to handle all corporate insurance matters. This position is meant to support the insurance team handling Vestas' Global Insurance programs.

As a student worker, you will have the opportunity to take full responsibility for your assigned tasks. You will get the chance to work closely with very skilled colleagues and this is a good opportunity to get to know a large organization from the inside.

Responsibilities

• Administration and monitoring updates on global insurance lines
• Support the Insurance team in the day-to-day work. This includes administration of various insurance lines as well as answering questions related to the insurance lines from colleagues around the world
• Support insurance colleagues in the continuous development and update of internal guidelines and documentation

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Law, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written.
• Capable of handling routine tasks with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability, with the ability to support deliveries with shifting deadlines (we support flexibility during exam periods)
