Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, both Onshore and Offshore. We are responsible for Sales, Project Management, Installation, and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. Our goal is to be the best business unit within Vestas and to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
The Project Documentation department, part of the Customer Project Execution unit, is responsible for collecting and delivering construction documentation. This function aims to provide the agreed scope of project-specific contract documentation to the customer and enable internal departments, such as Service, to access the documents.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the team in preparing project documentation for delivery.
• Aiding in the collection of As-Built documentation.
• Updating and organising existing libraries in SharePoint.
• Supporting the creation, management, and administration of documentation in accordance with relevant regulations and contractual agreements for all installed wind turbines.

Qualifications

• Currently a student.
• Active interest in sustainable practices.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Additional information
Primary work location: Aarhus, Denmark.
This is a part time position where you will be required to work between 20 hours per week.
