Vestas Northern Europe > EVP NCE > SBU NCE Service
Blade Service, Special Projects in Offshore Service is responsible for planning and execution of larger service project across the Vestas Offshore Service Sites.


Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • The Site Manager coordinates the internal interface between the project and the Service Site.
  • The Site Manager supervises the external interfaces between the project and the marine logistics.
  • The Site Manager collaborates with the Deputy Site Manager ensuring efficient use of assigned resources.
  • The Site Manager reports progress status to the Project Manager throughout the project.
  • The Site Manager is overseeing the project admin with support of the PA, Deputy Site Managers and other project team members



  • 5+ years of experience in offshore wind
  • Has experience with Jack Up vessels
  • BSc engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Stage Gate model.
  • Knowledge of WTSR.
  • Knowledge of the Vestas WTG portfolio.
  • Knowledge of SAP.

Additional information
Your work location will be in DK, Aarhus. Your expected travel is 30 days per year.
