Finance > Vestas Legal, Risk & Compliance > Group Legal
The Group Legal team is part of Vestas Legal, Risk & Compliance and brings corporate law advisory across the organization, partnering with the management of other Group functions. We are now looking to welcome a senior team member who will play a key role in supporting and directing the company in across diverse corporate areas.
Responsibilities
In this key role, you will be focusing on providing legal support:
- For Vestas' global M&A activities
- For Vestas’ Board of Directors and executive management
- For key Group functions, Group Finance (e.g. in connection with the annual financial audits), Group Treasury (e.g. for external financing, RCF or updates of- or issuances under Vestas' EMTN programme) and Group Tax
- For capital markets law topics
- Related to Vestas Group's global corporate footprint, including intra-group corporate structuring and re-organizations (including mergers and de-mergers)
- For general corporate matters as well as general corporate management, including for corporate resolutions, registrations etc.
Qualifications
To deliver in this role, we would expect that you bring the following experience:
- Master of Laws or equivalent
- 10+ years’ experience from a top‑tier law firm or in‑house experience in a listed global company
- Danish legal background
- Thorough understanding of general corporate law, capital markets rules and disclosure, regulatory compliance and M&A transactions
- Demonstrated experience in providing legal advisory to senior management and other corporate functions
- Fluency in English

Additional information
This position is based in Vestas corporate offices in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark. The role requires the ability to work on-site and may entail some travelling, approximately 15 days per year.
