You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including the solution core team, to drive the strategic direction for the cross functional business deliverables, business priorities, and strengthen Vestas’ position in the market.

- Shape and develop the future supply base in close collaboration with commodity teams and key stakeholders
- Drive alignment across senior leadership (including C-level) and cross-functional teams to ensure effective strategy execution and cohesive supplier engagement

- Strong track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level leadership, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

- An inclusive approach that encourages stakeholder input, while effectively prioritizing and implementing ideas through structured, fact-based decision-making
- The ability to maintain a big-picture perspective, balancing long-term strategy with immediate business needs
- A structured, data-driven approach to solving complex challenges and driving informed decisions
- A confident and inspiring leader who is able to engage, motivate, and align diverse teams, while driving results through influence and collaboration
