We are in the process of maturing our in-house led digital product teams, which are responsible for designing, building, and continuously optimizing our digital products following a product-led operating model.
This department focuses on digitalizing project and portfolio management for enterprise and customer projects, including wind turbine construction sites. This includes four Digital Product Areas: Customer Project & Portfolio Planning, Customer Project Execution, Construction Operations Management and Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management.
The product "Digital Customer Project Execution" encompasses all digital capabilities focused on the Project Management of our Customer Project Management business. This includes Project Controlling, Contract Management, Communications Management, Claims Management, Risk Management and Documentation Control and further Digitalization of our Customer Project Management practice.
Responsibilities
- Define and align the product vision and roadmap with stakeholders, updating it based on user insights, corporate strategy, and functional priorities
- Create and prioritize Epics to ensure alignment with technological priorities and Vestas AI and Data Strategy
- Facilitate discovery activities to identify improvements and new opportunities while ensuring alignment with business goals
- Support adoption and value capture through continuous monitoring, engagement, and effective Change Management practices
- Strategically align product development with long-term business objectives and evolving market trends
- Take ownership of the Digital Product Budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and capacity
- Define and track quarterly OKRs in collaboration with the team to monitor progress and reach desired results
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including leading internal projects or rolling out digital solutions in a B2B industry with industrial assets
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and technical project management
- Familiarity with a product-led organization is a plus

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive the product vision and align stakeholders around a shared roadmap
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance detailed discussions and high-level strategic decisions
- Communicator and storyteller, able to articulate value and engage stakeholders at multiple levels
- Skilled facilitator of cross-team workshops and discovery activities, supporting collaboration and alignment
- Demonstrated ability to define objectives and key results (OKRs) and use the OKR framework to track progress and outcomes
- Experienced in navigating a matrix organizational setup, ensuring smooth collaboration across diverse teams and functions
- Ability to set direction for the digital product and execute plans to achieve measurable results
