Customer Experience is part of Global Service Delivery in Global Service. Our purpose is to ensure that every customer interaction with Service at Vestas is positive, seamless, and fulfills their expectations. This function aims to build lasting, positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points, and then designing and implementing strategies to enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by strategically planning and optimising end to end customer journeys
  • Map existing journeys to identify critical touchpoints, improvement areas, and pain points
  • Analyze customer interactions and develop targeted strategies to create smoother, more satisfying experiences
  • Collaborate closely with digital teams, process specialists, frontline staff, and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Continuously review and refine journeys using feedback and performance metrics to guide ongoing improvements
  • Serve as the go to expert for customer journey design, providing guidance, training, and best practices across the organisation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience working with CX and CRM platforms such as TheyDo and Salesforce is considered an advantage
  • Significant experience in customer experience, journey mapping, digital product management, project management, or a related B2B field
  • Solid analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools and systems, enabling data driven decision making
  • Demonstrated customer centric mindset with a solid understanding of customer needs and behaviors
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, including handling multiple projects and maintaining effective organisational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for concise reporting and cross functional collaboration
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a matrix organisation with multi national stakeholders
  • Problem solving mindset with the ability to identify journey issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Strategic thinker able to align journey mapping efforts with broader business objectives
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in mapping customer touchpoints.

Additional information
